PANZER OVEN. THE DREAM OF ANY COOK

The capacity of an oven is determined in two basic aspects:

1. The production, which is the most frequent case, when it comes to a large number of individual pieces. The oven's capacity is determined by multiplying the production (kg / h) by the cycle length (hours).

2. The load when dealing with large unit loads.

Our PANZER model is the oven with the largest internal capacity in the market, surpassing the usual GN2 / 1 (650x530). This allows us both to cook large quantities of unit portions, as large pieces as large piglets, or large paella.

The oven is manufactured with a system of a multi-tray system to adjust the trays to the required height. This way, we can take full advantage of the internal capacity of the oven, without losing useful cooking space.
